Luc has over 15 years’ experience providing consulting engineering for existing buildings. His expertise is multidisciplinary and include structural repairs to concrete, masonry, waterproofing systems, roofing, fenestration, and curtain walls as well as construction management. Over the course of the years, Luc has carried out evaluations and designed repairs on hundreds of buildings throughout Ottawa, Gatineau, and Montreal.
In 2021 Luc joined many of his former Halsall colleagues at Sense Engineering where he leads the restoration services in the Ottawa region.
Multiple years of experience working in the field of building repairs have allowed Luc to understand the specific issues involved in the management of such projects, including the need to understand customers’ needs and operational constraints, as well as repair and maintenance techniques.
