With almost 35 years of experience in building science consulting, Dan moved to Vancouver Island over 20 years ago to work on the large number of ‘leaky condos’ being repaired at the time. Dan has since been providing consulting services for enclosure rehabilitation projects and design through construction for a variety of new construction types throughout the Island. His experience includes providing enclosure consulting on projects across Canada, in California and the United Arab Emirates.
