Bill has been evaluating and repairing buildings for over 25 years, including 5 years running a commercial roofing business. Bill is client focussed and enjoys finding sensible solution to complex problems. Bill is based in our Toronto office but works across all of our offices providing peer reviews on restoration and capital planning projects of all types.
