Clement joined Sense Engineering’s Vancouver office in 2021 and has been involved in many projects across western Canada – from Victoria, BC to Winnipeg, MB. He is a project manager on the audits team and has provided a wide range of services for existing buildings and properties, including Depreciation Reports, Due Diligence (Pre-Purchase) Assessments, Warranty Reviews and Warranty Resolution services. Clement co-chairs our joint health and safety committee in Vancouver and is dedicated to promoting and ensuring a safe workplace for all.
