Ethos brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience across residential, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure and restoration projects throughout the United States, the Caribbean and Latin America. His background includes building consulting, property condition assessments, accessibility consulting, forensic damage evaluations, repair-cost estimating, litigation support, expert witness services, construction management and catastrophe response.
Throughout his career, Ethos has managed projects ranging from small-scale repairs to complex assignments exceeding $45 million and has performed extensive post-loss evaluations following major events including hurricanes Harvey, Irma, Maria, Michael, Laura, Delta and Ian. His experience also includes building envelope evaluations, roof damage assessments, water intrusion investigations, post-fire and impact assessments, construction defect analysis, contractor standard-of-care reviews and claims dispute support.
Ethos’s technical background, field experience and practical approach align closely with Sense Engineering’s mission to deliver sensible solutions that help clients maintain safe, resilient and durable buildings.
