Patrick joined the Sense Engineering team in Vancouver in 2023 as a Senior Project Manager. He has over 10 years of consulting engineering experience in the building sciences industry, including building restoration and capital planning. He has worked on review and repair of a wide variety of building restoration projects which includes concrete restoration, roof replacements, waterproofing renewal, window and door replacements, sealant replacement, and masonry repairs. He has also worked on warranty reviews as well as depreciation reports and building condition assessments providing reports with projected capital expenditures and reserve fund scenarios.
