Shahriar has more than five years of experience in the building enclosure consulting industry. He has provided a wide range of services for existing buildings, including depreciation reports, due diligence (pre-purchase) reports, building and property condition assessments, warranty reviews and warranty resolution services. Shahriar has also assisted with leak investigations and balcony, garage and building envelope evaluations.
