Shahriar has more than eight years of experience in the building enclosure consulting industry, providing consulting services for a broad range of existing building types. His experience includes preparing depreciation reports, due diligence (pre-purchase) reports, building and property condition assessments, warranty reviews and warranty resolution services. He has also conducted leak investigations and performed evaluations of balconies, parking garages and building envelope systems to assess their condition, identify deficiencies and develop practical repair and maintenance recommendations.
