In December 2017, Stéphan and longtime friend Bill Sullivan opened the Toronto office of Sense Engineering. Stéphan has been actively involved in numerous structural and cladding evaluation and repair projects since 1991. His areas of expertise include corrosion prevention in reinforced concrete and the evaluation and repair of post-tensioned concrete structures. Stéphan leads restoration services in Toronto and supports project teams nationally.
