Ted founded Sense Engineering with good friend and past colleague Brennan Vollering in 2014. Ted is considered a generalist in terms of consulting with more than 30 year of experience in restoration and capital planning associated with existing buildings. Ted also has a focus on client development; he manages the Vancouver operations; and plays a supportive leadership role to the other offices across the Country.
